Instructions to Poster Presenters

Monday, August 21   ·   Tuesday, August 22   ·   Wednesday, August 23


The poster boards are in landscape format, approximately 6 feet (194 cm) wide by 3 feet (95 cm) high. Posters will be mounted using a special two-sided adhesive tape. Posters must be set up between 0730 and 0800 daily on the day of your presentation, and must be taken down by 1600 that day. ISPE will not be responsible for any poster that is left up overnight and is lost or damaged.

Poster sessions will be moderated. Presenters should be at their poster from 1200 to 1400. There will be a daily judging for the best poster presentations. The first prize poster winners will be invited to keep their posters up through the end of the meeting. The best overall poster presented at the 16th ICPE will be recognized and the author will receive a special award at the Closing Session on August 23.

Numbering system
The poster number is the first number listed. This is the poster on which presenters should mount their material. The abstract number, for use in locating abstracts in the special issue of Pharmacoepidemiology and Drug Safety that will be distributed at the ICPE, is in brackets [ ] after the title of the paper.
