Registration Terms and Conditions
- There is no registration form; only online registration is available for this event
- The Welcome Reception, food functions, poster hall access, and conference materials, are included in the base registration fee. ISPE membership is not included with registration
- Introduction and Advanced Pharmacoepidemiology courses on Sunday, April 14, are not included in the base registration fee and must be purchased separately

The following ISPE policies govern your attendance at and participation in the 2024 Mid-Year Meeting, which you are strongly urged to read before you register, as registering for the meeting indicates your acceptance of these policies.
Consent to Process Your Personal Data
By registering for the meeting, you consent to adding you to ISPE's email list and receiving regular updates from ISPE about our programs, events, elections, award opportunities, committee service, membership notices, and more. By registering for the meeting, you agree that you will receive emails from ISPE and, except for transactional confirmations from which you cannot opt-out, you may opt-out at any time by contacting ISPE at info@pharmacoepi.org or updating your personal profile preferences, or directly unsubscribing using the unsubscribe links provided in ISPE emails. You also agree to ISPE's Privacy Policy.

Event Terms and Conditions
Our Event Terms & Conditions apply to all ISPE events and before you can complete your registration you must acknowledge and accept them. Should you not wish to accept the Event Terms & Conditions you should not register. Submission of a registration is regarded as your acceptance of these Event Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
If you paid by credit card, you can self-cancel from the meeting and receive a full refund if you do so before March 1, 2024. Log on to your ISPE profile, then click Purchases > Events > Details, then Cancel Registration. If you are unable to self-cancel or have questions about cancelling your registration, contact us at reg@pharmacoepi.org before March 1, 2024. Cancellations after March 1, 2024, incur a USD 50 admin fee. Refunds will be issued AFTER the meeting in U.S. dollars (USD) via the original method of payment whenever possible. Registration fees for cancelled registrations cannot be applied to future ISPE meetings. No refunds of any kind are offered for registrants who do not cancel prior to the meeting and who do not attend.
