Meetings Overview

Below is information on various meetings sponsored by ISPE or of interest to ISPE members. The following meetings are included in this section:

1. A new-format Mid-Year Meeting (MYM) held as a Regional meeting with mid-year meeting activities (ISPE Board meeting, abstract sorting for the ISPE Annual Meeting) is usually held in April of each year.
2. Regional meetings are held every three years including: Africa, EuroDURG, Gulf, and LatAM.
3. The ISPE Annual Meeting (AM) is held in August/September each year, circulating between North America, Europe and Asia*. (formerly known as International Conference on Pharmacoepidemiology & Therapeutic Risk Management (ICPE)),
4. An annual Asian Conference on Pharmacoepidemiology (ACPE), is usually held in October each year (except when the ISPE AM is held in Asia).
5. Additional meetings can be requested via proposal to the ISPE Executive Committee. Proposals should be submitted on this template to info@pharmacoepi.org , two years in advance of the planned date.

*The Annual Meeting 2028 will take place in Tokyo and will serve as a trial, before making the final decision whether or not to include Asia in the AM cycle.
