The Strategic Planning Committee (SPC) is pleased to report steady progress on the implementation of our Strategic Plan 2024-2029. Over the past months, we have developed a comprehensive list of tactics to address the 17 goals of the plan which have been shared with all the ISPE communities and members.
The ISPE committees assigned as leads are now overseeing the implementation process for ensuring the timely achievement of the strategic goals. They are working closely with a core group consisting of an SPC champion, an Executive sponsor, and two board members.
As we progress with the implementation, we remain committed to transparent communication throughout this process. As such, we will be launching an implementation dashboard that will provide quarterly snapshots of the progress based on updates from committee leads.
