The ISPE Latin America Regional Interest Group (RIG LATAM) is pleased to announce the launch of the **1st Latin American Course in Pharmacoepidemiology**, an international educational initiative designed to strengthen methodological capacity in Drug Utilization Research (DUR), pharmacoepidemiology, real-world evidence generation, pharmacoeconomics, and health technology assessment across Latin America.
The course will be held in Lima, Peru, from **November 9–13, 2026**, and will feature internationally recognized faculty from leading academic institutions. The program combines keynote lectures, interactive workshops, small-group mentoring, and collaborative research proposal development to support early-career researchers and healthcare professionals
Participant selection is competitive, with **travel scholarships available in collaboration with ISPE** to promote equitable participation across the region.
