The Strategic Planning Committee (SPC) is overseeing the implementation of the ISPE Strategic Plan 2024-2029. Committee leads and core groups are working diligently to complete the tactics within their assigned goals. You can find 2026-2027 core groups here.
There has been a lot of activity since the official Strategic Plan implementation kick-off in July 2025. A huge thanks to the 2025-2026 SPC under the leadership of Daniela Moga, FISPE for all their work.
The SPC is happy to report on some of the accomplishments thus far. The Strategic Plan Dashboard is now live on the ISPE Exchange. ISPE members may check the progress of the Strategic Plan implementation on the Dashboard. Under each of the 8 Strategic Plan objectives, one can find the goals and tactics. Graphic displays show the progress on each of the 96 tactics. The Dashboard is updated twice a year.
As of the August 2026 update, 26 tactics are marked complete and 40 are on track to be completed. In just over one year since the implementation kick-off, we are on our way to reach 66% completion of the tactics. This is impressive! We are appreciative for all the hard work of our committee leads and core groups.
Importantly, this Dashboard provides transparency throughout implementation of the Strategic Plan. We encourage you to use this Dashboard to keep abreast of progress on the Strategic Plan objectives.
